Samantha started as a sweet soft vinyl kit by Marissa May. I painted her using Genesis Heat Set Paints to give her that just right peaches and cream coloring, shading and highlights. I manicured her hands and feet for that newborn look..too cute! I love her chubby little cheeks. Her features and wrinkles are adorable. Sam has a flesh-colored doe suede jointed body which is weighted with glass beads and poly pellets, then lightly stuffed with quality polyfill. She is preemie size and can wear preemie or newborn size outfits or dresses. Her brown slightly wavey hair is micro-rooted with a blend of mohair and alpaca and sealed from within. It can be gently brushed and styled using a mix of water and conditioner. Samantha comes with a magnetic handcrocheted pacifier, so please use caution around children, electronics and those with pacemakers.
